I've set up a mailing list for clients to keep them informed of my availability and work status, and of important changes to WordPress and other software that I use.

I also note that the next few weeks are looking very uncertain with schools possibly closing and my wife and I having to juggle childcare. So I should set the expectation now that my availability may be subject to change. Thanks for bearing with me in this time.
I'm writing because:
a) you're a client that I currently do work for or host or maintain a website for
b) the world is currently in a state of great change, and sometimes these changes affect my work at short notice
c) there are also some significant changes happening with the technology I use and the processes and rules around running websites that I'd like to keep you informed of
I have therefore set up a mailing list to keep you informed of my availability and what you can expect of me.
This is not primarily a marketing email list, it's a service email. Though I may very occasionally, as part of information about running your website, include affiliate links and recommend services and products.
I recommend you sign up and read messages posted to it carefully.
I shall do my very best to keep emails sent to the list brief and informative. If you ever think I have missed the mark, I would much prefer you to contact me with feedback to improve it than to just have you unsubscribe. Though, you may unsubscribe at any time and for any reason.
